Short version: Founder and Pro plans renew automatically. You can cancel from the billing portal. Refunds are available where required by law and may be considered for duplicate or accidental charges reported promptly.
Founder, Pro Monthly, and Pro Annual are recurring subscriptions processed by Dodo Payments. The amount, currency, taxes, and renewal interval are shown before checkout confirmation.
Cancel through Dashboard → Manage subscription & invoices. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and access continues until the current paid period ends. It does not automatically refund the current period.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed subscription charges are non-refundable. If you were charged twice, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or made an accidental purchase, contact us within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned through Dodo Payments to the original payment method and may take time to appear.
